Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Customer must provide a full, uncut video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the issue (broken/damaged/wrong product).
β οΈ Important: No return or exchange will be accepted without the unboxing video. This helps prevent misuse and verify genuine issues.

Products with no unboxing video
Items that are used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition
Hygiene or personal care items once opened (e.g., cosmetics, grooming tools)
Change of mind or dislike after use
