At Aloura Hub, we partner with trusted fulfillment networks, including HHC Dropshipping, to ensure fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep across Pakistan.

📦 Order Processing Time:

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.

No shipping or deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

🚛 Delivery Time:

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

We use reliable courier partners to deliver your orders securely and on time.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility:

Return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Customer must provide a full, uncut video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing the issue (broken/damaged/wrong product).

⚠️ Important: No return or exchange will be accepted without the unboxing video. This helps prevent misuse and verify genuine issues.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Products with no unboxing video

Items that are used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition

Hygiene or personal care items once opened (e.g., cosmetics, grooming tools)

Change of mind or dislike after use

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with:

Your Order ID

A clear unboxing video showing the problem

Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we’ll arrange a return or replacement.

🔁 If the return is due to our error (damaged, broken, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost. However, for any other reason (like change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
