📦 Order Cancellation Policy

At Aloura Hub, we begin processing your order immediately after it is placed to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, please review the cancellation policy carefully:

🚫 Cancellation Window:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

• After 6 hours, your order is automatically processed and sent for packaging — at this point, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

🔄 How to Cancel:

To request a cancellation:

• Email us at alourahub.@gmail.com within 6 hours

• Include your order number and reason for cancellation

❗ Important Notes:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must also follow the same 6-hour rule.

• If your order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

• No refunds will be issued for late cancellation requests.

⚠️ Fraudulent/Repeated Cancellations:

We reserve the right to block accounts or restrict services for users who frequently place and cancel orders.
